How we can help
Our advisers can provide emotional support if you are worried about your sexual health or have concerns about living with HIV. We can help you access services local to you across Uganda, whether provided by us or by someone else.
If your call is complicated then one of our advisers may need to call you back when they’ve done some research. We’ll tell you when we are going to call back. We can also send out information to your home for you to read, in a plain envelope.
You can contact us to find out about:
- Testing for HIV or other sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
- Accessing PrEP or PEP.
- Any other questions about HIV and improving your sexual health.
You can get in touch with us by email to info@youthplusug.org .
We’ll try and respond within three working days. If your question is urgent – such as about accessing PEP – then try calling for a quicker response.
If you prefer, you can email us and provide a telephone number so that we can call you.
Write to us
The address for sending your question by post is:
DEEPROOTS Direct

We’ll try to respond within three working days. We would recommend calling if your question is urgent. We will write back to you in a plain envelope, so it won’t be obvious that the letter is from us.
